When you sign up as a Holler subscriber (contractor), we collect:
- Name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Trade type and service area
- Billing information (processed securely by our payment processor)
2. SMS Messaging & A2P Compliance
Holler uses SMS to deliver lead summaries to subscribing contractors. By signing up, you consent to receive SMS messages from Holler at the phone number you provide.
- Message frequency: One SMS per captured lead. Frequency varies based on call volume.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any Holler SMS. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- For help: Reply HELP or contact us.
We do not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data or phone numbers to any third party for marketing purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver lead summaries via SMS to subscribing contractors
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support inquiries
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Trusted vendors (including Twilio for SMS, Retell AI for voice) used solely to operate the Service, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Data Retention
Call and lead data is retained for up to 90 days. Subscriber account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus up to one year after cancellation, unless deletion is requested.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
